Long known as the “Tyvek Towers”, this project is located in historic Padanaram Village in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The building was long-idle until we purchased the building and began performing renovations. The building was developed into two residential condominium units and two retail spaces. The retail spaces are currently occupied by Karyne & Company, a day spa offering skin care and massage services, and Flora, a destination for home accessories as well as fun personal accessories.

What our clients have to say

Thank you for the blessing of 11 King Philip Ave. I have a hard time finding the right words for my deep gratitude and the extreme joy of this beautiful home. I am a person of deep faith. One of my favorite Bible verses says: "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to His power that works in us...glory and Amen." (Ephesians 3:20-21). For me this home is "exceedingly abundantly above all that I could think." I've also had the joy of sharing this extraordinary blessing with family and friends - who marvel at both how it came to be and how NCD seemed to think of everything in its construction and design. They are also floored when I describe how responsive you all have been whenever I have an issue. It would take me 10 pages to describe all of the compliments I - and thereby, you - have received. From the inspector who said, "I can't find anything wrong with this house," to the folks who want to give me credit for the color palette; the recognition of the quality of the building and design overflows. So, anyway, I just want to say 'thank you' for fulfilling a dream I never thought possible.
