Owner, Michael Fonseca and wife, Lisa Fonseca, have been building homes for themselves for several years, searching for the prime location. In 2005, they stumbled upon a densely wooded lot that looks nothing like it does today. After countless hours of designing, they developed what you now see to be their primary residence.
