Under The Cesspool Act of 2007, all cesspools located within the 200 foot zones listed below need to be replaced.
In addition to the above scenario, all cesspools that are failed or service a non-residential facility or multi-family dwelling, also need to be replaced.
This home located on Poppasquash Road in Bristol, RI fell into the 200 foot zones scenario, resulting in us installing a septic system for the home.
We would like to thank NCD Developers and all of the staff for building us a beautiful house. From start to finish the experience was positive. The response and attention we received from everyone; Michael, Justin, and Michelle was always timely, courteous and patient. We have worked with many contractors over the years both in a personal and professional capacity and NCD Developers, their staff, and their sub-contractors are all of the highest caliber. Michael was always available. It seemed like he was at the house seven days a week, checking on everything to make sure it was right. As he once said to us, it’s our house, but it also has his name on it so it has to be right. A lot can happen when building a house, especially in the dead of winter, and the winter we just had was a tough one. But everyone continued to plow ahead even under extreme and uncomfortable conditions to get the job done and it did not go un-noticed or unappreciated. We are very happy with the end result and love our new home. We would happily recommend NCD Developers to anyone looking to build. As a matter of fact we already have.
