Riley Kitchen and Bath, formerly located on Gooding Avenue, recently purchased a lot on Metacom Avenue. The Metacom Avenue location now serves as their new home for both their showroom and warehouse.
Not only are we proud to be homeowners, we love telling people who built our home. My husband and I spent more than a year looking for a home, and to be honest, we hadn’t even thought about having one built. That is until we found NCD. The thought of a brand new home being built from the ground up not only seemed out of reach, it seemed cumbersome. Well, the process was far from what I anticipated and we have NCD to thank for that. We met with a number of builders after our first meeting with NCD, not because we weren’t impressed, but because this was our first time, and we had no clue what to expect. Well, it was quite clear that not only did NCD know more, care more, and offer more; they made you feel like family. We chose NCD not just for their quality and service, which surpassed our expectations, but for their approach to the process. From the beginning they let you walk through their homes, they explain every detail of the process, every option you have available is clearly outlined for you, and they are there to answer any and all questions along the way! We were never made to feel like we were a bother, even though we had a million questions, literally! The personal concern for our family and attention to detail met all of our expectations. Deadlines were met, the quality was impeccable, and the service was astounding. From the initial meeting, to negotiations, contracts, design, construction, and closing; not one moment were we let down. All of our expectations have been exceeded and we have Michael Fonseca and his family to thank for that. NCD delivered a beautiful home and we are so excited to start building a future here as new homeowners, and to continue the friendship that has been built with the NCD family.
