From the day we went over the plans and signed a contract, to the day they broke ground on the construction of our home, and finally to the day we purchased the house, NCD Developers and its subcontractors were professional and knowledgeable of the work being performed. They took the necessary time to communicate all issues/concerns from the smallest to the largest and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome, even after the warranty had expired. NCD Developers built us a quality home for our family. They allowed us to modify the original building plans to our needs by allowing us to modifying bathrooms, stairways, etc. The construction of the house went smooth and was completed on time. We gave Mike and his crew free range to design and install certain aspects of our house and we were not disappointed. We had asked Mike and NCD Developers personnel for help on a few things around the yard after the construction was complete and they did not hesitate to help out and provide support from pouring footings for a deck to moving boulders from the yard. The experience was pleasant and my wife and I would recommend NCD Developers to anyone needing property development, home/commercial construction or general property maintenance.
